iOS gamers receive sad news from Epic Games (part 2)
The judge commented on Epic Games’ petition about their games, including Fortnite’s, Epic Games has yet to show irreparable harm. Their current predicament is mainly their decision
Apple thanks when the court realized the Epic Games problem was entirely self-inflicted and they can solve it themselves. According to an Apple representative, their top priority is to make sure iOS users have a nice experience in a safe and trusty environment including iOS users who is currently playing Fortnite and who will do.
The Apple representative also stressed that the most sensible way to continue operating is that Epic Games should adhere to the App Store guidelines. If Epic takes the steps the judge has suggested, Apple will happily welcome Fortnite. back to iOS. However, the court also determined that Apple’s withdrawal of the developer tools for Epic Games would cause irreversible harm. Epic Games has other developer program licensing agreements and those agreements are not breached. Both sides have the right to sue each other. However, their mess should not affect bystanders.

As of now, Epic Games has not made any comments yet. The next hearing will be supposed to take place on September 28.
Those mess has started on August 14 right after Epic Games released the Fortnite upgrade version on iOS and Android platforms. This version allows their player to make purchases directly on their system instead of using the Apple and Google payment systems as before.
Immediately, the two giants Apple and Google have responded by removing this game from the two leading app stores in the smartphone world.
Epic Games, for its part, also filed lawsuits against both Apple and Google, allegedly violating antitrust laws. Epic Games argued that the app payment restrictions for iOS and Android are proprietary behavior and are against the law in the state of California.
